Returns and refunds

We want you to receive a Mister Energy product that you’re proud to wear and enjoy. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, incorrect colors, or changes of mind. Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.

We will gladly help if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos showing the item and issue

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a free replacement or refund. You will not need to return a damaged, defective, or misprinted product unless we specifically request it.

If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date so we can investigate and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Refunds and replacements are not provided when an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was entered at checkout. If the package is returned, reshipping may be available at the customer’s expense.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

These terms do not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer-protection laws.
