Welcome to the Mister Energy Supply Shop. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our Shipping and Deliveries, Returns and Refunds, and Privacy policies.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old—or have permission from a parent or legal guardian—to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout.

PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Many Mister Energy products are made to order. Product availability, colors, sizes, designs, and pricing may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, colors and details may appear slightly different depending on your screen, the production process, and the individual product. Minor variations that do not indicate a defect are not grounds for a refund or replacement.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment issues, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, policy violations, or other reasonable business concerns.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

You are responsible for reviewing your product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, shipping address, and contact information before completing checkout. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed before payment.

PRICING ERRORS

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, or incorrect prices. If an error affects an order you placed, we may contact you for approval of the corrected order or cancel and refund it.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Production, shipping, delivery, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the separate policies linked in our store footer. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Mister Energy name, logos, lightning-bolt designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, videos, written content, and product designs are owned by or licensed to Mister Energy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any brand assets or designs. Store content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, resold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use our store to commit fraud, interfere with website security, submit false information, violate another person’s rights, copy our intellectual property, or engage in unlawful or abusive activity. We may refuse service or cancel orders connected to these activities.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store uses third-party providers for hosting, payments, production, fulfillment, analytics, and shipping. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor interruptions, supply shortages, government actions, internet outages, or other emergencies. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and help resolve order issues.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mister Energy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the store or its products. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before pursuing formal action, please contact us through the store’s Contact page so we can attempt to resolve the issue fairly.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as our store, products, services, or legal obligations change. Updates take effect when posted. Your continued use of the store after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
